Zoom Community Managers… how people see us. Here’s the story…I’ve been working as a Community Manager for the last 6 months, since I started most people come to me an ask me “What do you do? - You just have to sit and use Facebook all day?” So… instead of writing a blog to explain what I do, or complain about people who apparently don’t know Google, I made a call to my friend Mario and ask him to take this picture of “Lalo”, his 20 years old parrot to describe how many people see us, in a funny way. Here’s the story…

Zoom I’m working on my first social media event for social good wich is called Twestival Nicaragua. Twestival is a single day, global movement which uses the power of social media to organize offline events that mobilize communities in support of local causes. This is the first time in Nicaragua and we are raising funds for a school called “Francisco Morazan” wich is part of Proniño the social programs of Telefónica Movistar Nicaragua. I couldn’t have done this without the support of @silviotercero @gabytac and @jorgepavon .
